[ENG] How to Make 3 Ingredients Japanese Custard Pudding With A Microwave

So, i came across this japanese youtube video, the tittle is

which means "How to make easy mug pudding with a microwave in 10 minutes" And i was blown away. You will only need 3 really basic ingredients (+ water). It looks really easy it's almost magic o_0

Or so i thought.. lol

Kue Cubit Green Tea

Kebetulan bgt toko bahan kuenya jual bubuk green tea. Walau tdnya gak mau berharap terlalu tinggi sama kualitas green teanya, tapi ternyata lumayan "mahteh" jg! yeayy... Jadi, kalo bisa pake bubuk greenteanya yang high quality ya biar makin mahteh ;) Btw karna gw kagak punya loyang kue cubit, jadinya pake loyang yang nyokap punya aja yang dulu dipake buat bikin kue laklak (kue tradisional bali gitu deh).

[ENG] Sundubu Jjigae - Korean Soft Tofu Stew + Kimchi Cheese Risotto

Sundubu Jjigae! One of my favorite korean dish, the soft tofu spicy stew.  It's perfect for a cold or rainy day. I've made this dozen times since i really love it and it's actually pretty simple to make :) This recipe is really the 'basic' (and slightly cheated) Sundubu Jjigae , but if you feel extra challenged, you can add bunch of stuff like some veggies & seafood.

Almost German-style Pretzels

(click here for the english version of this post)

Gw pernah sekali bikin pretzel and i really loved it, jadi gw bikin lagi hehe!

[ENG] Almost German-style Pretzels

I've made pretzel once and i really loved it, so i'm making it again! But this time, i used a different recipe that doesn't contain milk in it, since my sister is lactose intolerant so she couldn't eat much of the pretzels i made last time :( I'll talk more about the recipe in the next post so this won't be a super long post, well it's already long enough with just the baking directions lol
Btw this recipe will make just 4 pretzels, so i doubled it to make 8 pretzels yum :9

[ENG] Simply Pretzels! [Part 2]

I baked the pretzels in 3 batches since my oven's not big enough to baked all of them at once. I used 35x35 cm baking sheet, 2 pretzel per batch. But now if i think about it again, the baking sheet is big enough for 4 pretzels lol

1st Batch: Original Salty Pretzels
After brushing it with egg yolk & water mixture, sprinkle it with coarse salt. I couldn't find coarse salt here so i use regular salt ^^
